Dear Fellow Enthusiast,

Welcome to EON.

If this is your first time here, look around. There is a lot to do. We have a thousand or so articles, videos, photo essays, and active forums containing millions of posts. Enjoy.

If this is your hundredth or thousandth time here, then "Lucy, we got some some 'splaining to do." The network of sites know as TEN is no longer. A new company known as EON - Enthusiasts' Online Network, Inc. has taken over the day to day management of these sites. We know that there have been a lot of promises in the past about making your sites BIGGER AND BETTER. The truth is that to get there is going to require a huge amount of heavy lifting and is not going to be easy or quick.

Have you seen the new light up galleries appearing across other web sites? We want that. Have you played with Facebook and MySpace and been excited to stay in touch with your friends in a brand new way? We want that, too. How about a gallery that actually lets the user upload photos? Add it to the list.

We have our problems. At the end of that laundry list of issues, we have one thing that stands above everything else; you. You are the reason that we are here and the reasons that folks of like mind stop by. This is your site. That's is why we aptly named the new company Enthusiasts' Online Network. Our company's name literally means "for enthusiasts by enthusiasts."

At the end of the day, we are a business. A much smaller one than in the past, mind you, but a business nonetheless. We need advertisers to pay for this space and to pay to bring you new toys and to fix or replace broken technologies that affect the quality of your visit. We don't want lousy ads either. We want to bring you advertisers that appeal directly to your interests. This means aftermarket retailers, manufacturers, other vehicle makes that you might want to be exposed to, maybe the occasional energy drink, or vacation getaway. If someone wants to do regional advertising or just to a specific zip code, we can do that now, too.

Right now, we don't have many of these types of Ads and we'd like your help reaching these companies. We aren't quite sure how you can help with this. Maybe its stopping by a booth at a truck/car/motorcycle show and saying that you'd love to see their ads on EON. Maybe you know the folks at these companies (or even if you don't) and you just want to drop them an email in support of your site. If you are an advertiser regionally or nationally, get in touch with us quick. The companies that support us now will forever hold a special place. Right now, we'd like to extend our gratitude to Airaid and Superchips for sticking by us while we've figured this much out.

Some of the sites in EON have been around for nearly ten years. That is not an easy feat on the Internet. EON gets just about 1 million distinct visits each month. We'd love to see both numbers grow. We want to be here when your kids graduate or if they already have, when your kid's kids graduate. The Internet is not going away. Someday, there will be the megasites like Facebook and Google and Yahoo and with a littlle luck and little help from you, there will be this tiny corner of the Internet filled with enthusiasts just like you that you helped build.

It will not be easy. It will not be quick. There will be those who want to tear us down or sling because of this or that. This is often true with everything worthwhile. Support us and endorse us if you like. Stick around and enjoy what we have. Move along if you don't. Regardless, we appreciate the time that you have spent here and look forward to growing with you.
