Commenced in June 2003. Major mods include 4x4 convertion using 1980 jeep wagoneer front and rear axles and transfer case. 318 chrysler out of a 70 barracuda mated to a 727. steering box was salvaged from a 80's f-250, used a dropped pitman arm to reach the tie rod. added rear roll pan, center consol, and hand made running boards. using 00 ford ranger 60/40 seats, b&m mega shifter and tilt steering column in the interior. also added bear claw latches and one piece windows, as well as a stainless steel firewall. added intake, flotech headers, gm chrome alternator, tuff stuff chrome power steering pump. edelbrock 600 carb with signature series air cleaner and valve covers also on top of the engine. salvaged third brake like from late model neon trunk light. hope to have it on the road spring 2007.
